1 General Provisions

bigwinlive (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "our") operates an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("user", "player") and bigwinlive.

These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform's services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Age Verification

4 Account Security and Password

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bigwinlive is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Only deposits made from a payment method registered in your own name are accepted.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds generally reach your account within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• bigwinlive reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for investigation if unusual transaction patterns or suspected fraud are detected.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must wager 15 times the amount of each bonus received.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may use each promotional offer only once.
• If a bonus is abused through the use of multiple accounts, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• bigwinlive reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards bonus wagering — this information is provided on the detail page of each offer.
• Once a bonus has expired, it can no longer be used.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing on bigwinlive:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet was incorrectly registered due to a technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure in any game, the bets placed in that round may be cancelled and the stake will be returned.
• bigwinlive is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Bets placed on the basis of odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to software errors or human mistakes will be considered void.
• In sports betting: if a match is cancelled, the stake will be returned. If the venue changes, each case will be considered individually.

bigwinlive works with established technology providers to ensure fair play across all games. The platform's Random Number Generator (RNG) is regularly tested and verified.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bigwinlive and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, etc.).
• Hacking, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game software.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Creating an account by providing false information.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner towards platform staff.
• Entering into collusive arrangements with other players ("collusion").

If such activity is suspected, bigwinlive reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account for investigation. If proven, necessary legal action may be taken.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at the Player's Request

Any player may request to close their account at any time. Contact the support team via live chat or email to do so. Any remaining valid balance (where wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by bigwinlive

bigwinlive reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms are violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification fails.
• If an underage player is suspected.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

10 Limitation of Liability

bigwinlive is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or power outages.

• Any technical issues beyond our control.
• Issues with the player's own device or software.
• Personal, family or financial harm resulting from gambling.

Our total liability will never exceed the total balance held in your account. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
